A research paper co-authored by IIM Udaipur Professor Srinivasan Tatachari (Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management) has been accepted for publication by the Academy of Management Journal (AMJ).  The paper, titled “Newcomer Identification: Trends, Antecedents, Moderators and Consequences”, is now in press and will be published later this year.

The AMJ is the flagship empirical journal in management, and has been indispensable reading for management scholars for more than five decades.  AMJ articles are regularly cited in the major business media, including The New York Times, The Economist, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, Business Week, and Fortune.  The AMJ appears on the three most prestigious lists of top management journals:

•    the Business Week list of top 20 journals
•    the Financial Times list of top 45 journals
•    the UT Dallas list of top 24 journals
