Anjana Vivek, Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), has
over 30 years' work experience. She is a Visiting Faculty at IIM Bangalore (IIMB) and IIM
Udaipur. She also is an independent director holding board/advisory positions.
Prior to turning an entrepreneur in 2005, she was a full time faculty at IIM Bangalore. Other
positions held by her include COO at NSRCEL, IIMB and Vice President, Ernst & Young,
heading their due diligence practice for South India. She founded a boutique consulting
company, VentureBean Consulting, from which she has now exited.
Her areas of expertise are Strategic Business Planning, Financial Strategy for Growth,
Entrepreneurship, Valuation, Venture Capital, (Women) Leadership and Mentoring. She is a
sought out speaker and teacher. She is also an author of three books by invitation and
founding Editor of the Venture Activity Reports 1993-98, of the Indian Venture Capital

Anjana is Charter Member at TiE Bangalore and Invitee to the TiE Governing Board 2016-18.
She was a Co-opted Member of ICAI "Women Members Empowerment Committee" in 2014-
15. She has held positions in committees of IIMB, ICAI, and FKCCI (Federation of Karnataka
Chamber of Commerce and Industry) among others over the last few years.
