She is Professor HR/OB, M L Sukhadia University, Udaipur and Visiting Professor to IIM Udaipur , IIM Ahmedabad and many Universities across the globe
Her work for emancipation of rural and tribal women and Make a difference (MAD) initiative for rural and youth development have been greatly appreciated by Government of Rajasthan, India
Dr Rajeshwari is a popular trainer/ HRD Consultant and so far trained 55000 plus aspirants in India and abroad.
She is Board Member International Federation for Training and Development Organizations (IFTDO) and also currently member, Developing Countries Concern Committee, representing in UN Board and working for development of Women in Leadership and Diversity policies at Global Level

Books-“Innovations in HRD and Training” Excel Books 2014. Currently she is writing chapter in book on Indian Women in Leadership and co authoring book Asian Women Leaders A Grass Root Leadership Journey to be published by Palgrave Mcmillan, USA and also the history of a large Public sector bank in India to be published by SAGE.
