Profile

An ardent believer in the transformative power of education, Sagar envisions it as the most sustainable path to societal progress. He completed his B.Com. (Hons) from Hansraj College and M.Com. from Delhi School of Economics(DU). Motivated by a commitment to public service, he prepared for the Civil Services, where he realised the need of research for policy formulation. This journey sparked an intellectual curiosity that soon evolved into a zeal for research, driven by an urge to create knowledge rather than merely consume it.
This passion led him to IIM Udaipur, where he seeks a structured and immersive research experience. His academic interests are shaped by interdisciplinary readings, and as a philosophy aficionado, he continuously strives to broaden his mental horizons. Outside academia, he finds energy and clarity in chess, swimming, and long runs. He has also initiated a mentorship program for school and college students to support informed education and career choices.
