At IIM Udaipur, it is part of our CSR mission to contribute to the development of our region_ the city of Udaipur and the State of Rajasthan. IIM Udaipur plans to host a Faculty Development Program anually for Educators and faculty of our city and nearby region.
Under this initiative IIMU faculty will share their expertise on topics like
This is a CSR initiative which aims to cover theoretical knowledge as well as immersive workshops and activities to illustrate some of the concepts.
The content will support overall professional development ,developing teaching skills, new perspectives of teaching.
Institute has decided to conduct such FDP course annually for the aspirants to attend this course without any tuition fees under this CSR initiative of IIMU and to take advantage of this opportunity in large numbers.

Details - Faculty members of IIMU Volunteered to conduct sessions for the participants on “Pedagogy, methodical study of the Teaching process .”This FDP” Faculty Development program benefitted 40 faculties teaching in various universities and institutions in Rajasthan.
Prof. Ashok Banerjee (Director IIMU), Prof. Kirti Misra, Prof amish Duggar, Prof Jayant Nasa, Prof. Jol Xavier , Prof Shobbit Agarwal volunteered in teaching for the session.
The event was successfully coordinated by Senior Administrative officer ,Ms Shanu Lodha.
