The IIMU Behavioural Lab, a facility in partnership with the Rajasthan State Government and situated at the Rajasthan Centre for Advanced Technologies (RCAT) in Jaipur, is poised to be a hub for behavioural research in management fields. It is outfitted with sophisticated equipment like a 64-channel EEG System, eye-tracker, and a Galvanic Skin Response (GSR) system. The lab aims to apply behavioural science to generate practical insights for industry and policymaking, with a larger goal of bridging theory with application.
JOB DESCRIPTION: IIMU Behavioural Lab is looking for a self-motivated, technically skilled, and productive Postgraduate / Postdoctoral Researcher who will be expected to conduct research and manage the functioning and administrative aspects of the IIMU Behavioural Lab.
QUALIFICATIONS: Masters/Ph.D. in Cognitive/Neuroscience

APPOINTMENT TENURE:
This is a contractual position. The tenure of the initial appointment would be for two years with a potential for extension based on performance.
LOCATION:
The selected candidate(s) would be required to work from IIMU Behavioural Lab located at Rajasthan Centre for Advanced Technologies (RCAT), Jaipur. RCAT is centrally located within the city of Jaipur with proximity to several residential and commercial hubs. Please note that the selected candidate is expected to look for accommodation at an individual level.

COMPENSATION: Compensation will be commensurate with the qualifications and experience.
