Due to emergency maintenance related shutdown of our IT system, the applications portal will not be accessible from 7 AM on Thursday, 16-February-2023 until 11 PM on Sunday, 19-February-2023. Therefore, those who have not yet applied to the PhD-2023 Program may do so after the applications portal is up again and until 5 p.m. of 21st February 2023.
