Visiting Professor, College of Business at Louisiana State University Shreveport (LSUS), USA. (2020 – 2021)

Responsible for teaching courses including Operations Management, Process Improvement, Project Management, Organizational Strategy and Policy, and Principles of Management at undergraduate and MBA levels.
Taught the above courses for small and large class sizes.

Prior Industry Experience

Senior Consultant

Managed implementation and support projects by providing active customer support for clients in multiple industries such as general merchandise, home furnishings, food products, and chemical products.
Involved extensively in providing knowledge/training of base functionality to above clients in labor management and warehouse management solutions, along with design of custom functionalities.
Helped improve accuracy of throughput reporting in the above implementations by resolving issues of throughput computations arising from the integration with the warehouse management.

Senior Quality Analyst

Involved extensively in the design, quality testing and deployment of base and custom functionality in inventory optimization, forecasting, order management and planning solutions.
Involved in agile development projects and the associated iteration planning, sprint management and scrum updates.
Utilized knowledge of above solutions to design custom functionality, write technical and functional documentations, and knowledge transfer to internal support teams and clients.
