On March 3, 2019, Mr. Rohit Pathak, President & CEO - Aditya Birla Insulators delivered an inspirational talk on campus as a part of 'Netratva - The Leadership Talk Series.' He outlined his serendipitous life journey: from his days as a BITS Pilani and consequently IIM Ahmedabad graduate, to acting as the Executive Assistant to Mr Kumar Mangalam Birla himself.
He shared with the students the recent transformations he has brought about as CEO in the culture at Aditya Birla Insulators. In the process, he laid out his seven principles of leadership and advised them to build skills like teamwork and people handling while chasing opportunities to face challenges in their professional life.
