On February 9, 2019, The IIMU community got an opportunity to interact with Mr. Sameer Samudra, Director – Customer Support Excellence, Cummins India, through ‘Netratva – the Leadership talk Series.’ In a thought-provoking session, he shared his thoughts on LGBT inclusion in the workplace.
Emphasizing how the future workplaces are going to change with diversity in terms of more women, more individuals with special needs, and more LGBTQ, he explained how for the industry to operate efficiently, inclusion is critical. IIM Udaipur is grateful to him for bringing a new and relevant perspective from the lens of evolving work culture in an organization.
