Mr. Yuvaraj Srivastava, Group Chief Human Resource Officer, MakeMyTrip.com, delivered an insightful and exciting talk as a part of ‘Netratva – The Leadership Talk Series’ on 27th July 2019. Mr. Srivastava shared the journey of MakeMyTrip since its inception and also talked about his career, startingas a Commissioned Officer in the Indian Army and the journey thereon to the position he now holds.
Giving some practical tips and guidance to the students about how to perform better in an organization and succeed in life, he motivated them to stay true to themselves, take risks while owning the outcomes, and being mindful of everything. Encouraging the students to do the right thing, he also advised them to be their critics as that would help them perform to the best of their abilities.
