A hybrid MBA model might become the New Normal


If it was asked six months ago that if the conventional MBA program could see big changes, most administrators and management faculty would have said no. Post COVID-19 pandemic, It now sets the context for the New Normal. The MBA program, a year ago, consists of efficient managers that need to be ready for change, so students and managers have to take the Covid-infused New Normal in their stride

A series of panel discussions, "Normal Reloaded" that look at life in the New Normal, presented by Ashwin Rajagopalan (Content architect, writer-speaker and cultural intelligence coach) included Rev Fr C Joe Arun SJ, Director, Loyola Institute of Business Administration, Chennai, Prof. Srinivas R. Pingali, Professor - Practice, IIM Udaipur and Kopal Tripathi (MBA Student, IIM Shillong). The panellists shared their insights on 'Actual to Virtual How the conventional MBA program might adapt to the New Normal'.
