Mechanism Design: Let Machines do it


Prof. Sujit Prakash Gujar would present a research seminar on December 18th from 11: am to noon. The title of the seminar is “Mechanism Design: Let Machines do it”.

Dr. Sujit Prakash Gujar is an Assistant Professor in Machine Learning Laboratory @International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad (IIITH). He obtained PhD from IISc Bangalore and prior to join IIITH, he was post-doctoral researcher at Swiss Institute of Technology, Lausanne (also known as EPFL) and research scientist at Xerox Research Centre, Bangalore. His research is focused in Game Theory, Mechanism Design, Machine Learning, and Cryptography applied to modern web and AI applications (Auctions, Internet Advertising, Crowdsourcing, and multi-agent systems). He is leading researcher on: machine learning based mechanism design and token-economics. He has  co- authored 35+ publications in leading journals and conferences and 15 US patents.
