What do (future) civil servants think of bribery and corruption? Evidence from India.


Dr Saurabh Gupta and his co-authors, in a first study of its kind in the context of India, conducted experimental "bribery games" and focus group discussions with the candidates aspiring to the elite civil services, for understanding their attitude towards bribery and petty corruption in public dealings.
