Vidushi has always been intrigued by the human mind and enjoyed deciphering human behaviour. A cultural enthusiast and keen observer, Vidushi is passionate about research. She has over 3 years of experience in Consumer Research and Brand Strategy for both traditional as well as digital media in some of the leading Market Research and Advertising Agencies in the world. It is her deep love for research and aspiration to share her learnings with the bright minds in future, that has brought her to the path of academia. As a person and professional, she has always strongly resonated with few words said by Steve Jobs - "The only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work, and the only way to do great work is to love what you do". These words not only bring out the very motive behind her choices in life, but also serve as a reminder for her to always bring out the purpose in whatever she does in its truest sense.

Vidushi has over 3 years of work experience in the domain of Consumer Research and Brand Strategy. During her stint at Kantar Millward Brown (2017-2019) she has worked on various Qualitative Market Research projects including Brand Strategy, Brand Equity, Communication and Concept Evaluation. She has a hands-on experience with methods including Consumer Immersions, Depth Interviews, Focus Group Discussions, Gamification etc. She has handled multiple categories and brands including - TVS Motors Company, ITC Foods and ITC Personal Care, Titan Company Limited, Tata Global Beverages, Amazon, Britannia Foods.
Previously, Vidushi has also worked with Ogilvy and Mather as a Senior Planner and handled strategic marketing communications for brands like Amazon India and ITC Foods. She has also ventured in Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing for some key Indian and global brands.
